Safari Plains combines the elements of a great safari with the magic of unparalleled hospitality through the fabric of its luxurious setting and sophisticated ambience. Our resplendent tented suites are scattered along winding, sandy pathways, commanding privacy and natural elegance within the natural indigenous bushveld. These safari-style tents, each with private timber wrap-around decks, offer extraordinary comfort and stylish decor. Romantic outdoor seating provides the perfect way for guests to relax and enjoy the views from their private deck. There are six luxury tents that offer a slightly larger main area and private sala, which is ideal for whiling away a lazy afternoon. All tented suites are well-appointed with sunken baths, separate showers and toilets. The hospitality armoire offers a fully stocked mini-bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Air-conditioning ensures that guests are comfortable in temperature-controlled tented accommodation year-round, regardless of seasonal temperatures. Proudly family-friendly, both the family-style safari and luxury tents consist of a second bedroom with twin beds.

The wildlife experience starts by alighting into one of our spacious, open 4 x 4 game drive vehicles, which offer guests the opportunity to explore the 120 square kilometres Big Five private game reserve. Also available are a wide range of other, exciting activities, such as hot air ballooning, horseback trails quad bike adventures and guided bush walks.
